Whoa, look at this t-shirt, it’s so intense, it’s got like, two rainbows on it! Double rainbows all the way across the shirt. Whoa. Whoa, man. Whoa, oh my god! Wow! I hope it comes in my size! (editor’s note: it does). It’s starting to look like a triple rainbow shirt! (editor’s note: no, you’re just holding two shirts together) Oh my god! What does this mean… is printed right on the shirt! Oh my god, it’s a double complete rainbow t-shirt, right here on my favorite t-shirt website. IT’S TOO MUCH! I don’t know what it means! Ohhh! Ohh! OwhowhowWOW!

What does it mean?
On January 8th, 2010, it was “rainbowing for at least an hour” and HungryBear9562 was kind enough to upload a video of this magnificent sight to YouTube. Roughly seven months later, this epic double rainbow and HungryBear’s enthusiastic reaction would go crazy viral and have everyone asking, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!
Double Rainbow = Double Pots of God? Maybe, but you’d have to get to the end of the rainbow, and this rainbow goes ALL THE WAY. Also, leprechauns are scary. “I’M DA LEPRECHAUN! DON’T STEAL ME POT OF GOLD!” See, I’ve just scared myself, and Garth Algar, so that can’t be what it means.
Maybe we don’t need to know what it means. Maybe. I mean, rainbows are visions, they’re only illusions, maybe someday we’ll find it, the thing that connects these double rainbows, the LOLers, the DERPers, and memes.

Bring back Epic Fail Cat! There are some older ones some of us missed that it might be nice if they were brought back for a day or so. Double Rainbow guy is a great meme, but I’m waiting for the kittehs! I shouldn’t complain, I already have a big pile of Lolcat shirts and one Otters in Love shirt.

We saw a rainbow like this in the late spring of 2008. And it lingered on for a long time. We were on the way home from the next town and we just had to stop. Too bad, we didn’t have cameras at that time. My hubby and I agreed that it was the most intense rainbow and color that we’ve ever seen. So we just took in this color therapy energy, and were both in awe the rest of the day. Rainbows could only mean a good sign.
The above videos are funny too. We didn’t as carried away like the rainbow guy, but we were emotional over it as in happy.
Would have loved to have gotten pics. I do have other pics of another rainbow on my Flickr. Our house faces the east, so we always have front row seats to the events.
I’ve seen a double rainbow! I was near the Rocky bMountains, and after a rainstorm with thunder, lightning, etc., I saw two rainbows strectching over the mountains, and I was BEAUTIFUL!!!

You had to watch the video to appreciate the T shirt. Beautiful twin rainbows and a really psyched spectator (who I think was in dire need of a good cry). Nature can be very beautiful, as well as, intense. A word to the spectator, stop looking for its meaning, it doesnt have to mean anything more then how it great it made you feel. It is a gift for you. Everyday holds amazing gifts for those who are able to see and appreciate them. We are surrounded by them. It was beautiful, thanks for sharing.

Rainbows are not a single unit. There are several, but most of times we can see only the main and under good conditions, the second one. Please, check any physics book if you are curious
