I like the original japanese kitten more than that one for the shirt. It’s not exactly the same, while the kitten is almost the same.

I’m not digging this one too much. The picture is much cuter than the drawing. I love the little stuffed kitthens face, but the drawing is too much like an American cartoon character. It doesn’t look very Japanese to me. The ‘real’ kitthens face does look sad in the drawing. That doesn’t bother me since it just makes the other kitthen look happier. I don’t like the shirt colors either. Wish the colors were more ‘candy like’. These colors are too serious for the drawing.

Killing me… you are killing me with these colors. I have been waiting desperately for this design. I voted frequently and I love the graphic. But red or orange? Seriously?
I’m dying a little on the inside. I can’t decide if I should buy a red shirt, that I’ll never wear and which will just make me feel bad every time I see it and decide not to wear it, or just let it go and wait even more patiently for a reprint in a different color… (any color – green, blue, purple, brown, black, gray, white… even yellow… just not red or orange… please.)
Looking at the Internet Meme database, I find that there are a lot of cat memes that haven’t shown up on the “shirt of the day” yet. Yo can have cats and a meme on the same shirt. We haven’t seen Serious Cat, Happy Cat, Standing Cat, Keyboard Cat, Caturday, Pew Pew cat, Basket Cat or “Is it can be hugs tiem now plees?” Cat.

Not quite: It’s ohayo/ohayou gozaimasu. There’s no “i” in the romanization. Plus they were making a joke on “Oh Hai.”

Sorry, but the rendering for this shirt is not very good. Whomever did the vector work for the “real” kitty didn’t quite get it…
